Schulte Hospitality Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead the hotel sales program across multiple properties. This hands-on role requires energetic leadership, strategic sales planning, and a dedication to service excellence aligned with our hospitality culture.

You will develop sales strategies, mentor the sales team, coordinate cross-selling and marketing initiatives, and drive revenue growth while maintaining outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
• 5+ years of hotel sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Prepare operational and financial sales department reports.
• Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
• Direct cross-selling and marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
• Promote teamwork and clear communication within the sales staff.
• Provide pricing guidance and approve corporate negotiated rates.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations and SOPs.
• Drive customer loyalty and revenue growth through service excellence.
• Coordinate with Regional DOS & National Sales for RFP season.
• Forecast revenue and monitor pricing and inventory.
