Job summary

JM TEST SYSTEMS is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of approximately five Outside Sales Representatives across a defined region, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will set strategy, cadence, and standards while coaching reps to deepen customer relationships and exceed targets.

This role blends hands-on coaching with territory planning and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and service.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of B2B sales experience with leadership or mentoring outside sales teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional revenue targets.
• Strong territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor a team of approximately five Outside Sales Representatives.
• Coach in the field with ride-alongs and joint visits to sharpen skills.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain high-potential sales talent.
• Set expectations and conduct performance reviews; partner with HR on improvement plans.
• Translate revenue targets into quotas and territory plans.
• Forecast with rigor and monitor pipeline health.
• Engage in strategic deals and executive-level customer relationships.
• Represent JM Test Systems at trade shows and events.
