What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a regional prospecting strategy and sales approach to achieve sales outcomes
- Manage regional marketing plans to enhance prospect engagement through events and campaigns
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients and develop action plans for engagement
- Lead internal teams throughout the prospecting sales cycle with solid organizational skills
- Represent the company as an industry expert at meetings, seminars, and trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in the health insurance industry with large employers
- Proven track record of consultative sales experience at executive levels
- Strong skills in persuasion, oral/written communication, and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with healthcare sales and marketing principles
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time and reside within commuting distance to an airport
