Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead business development and revenue growth for staffing and workforce solutions in a hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA.

You will acquire new clients, expand existing accounts, and drive strategic staffing partnerships across multiple industries. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in staffing sales, team leadership, and enterprise account development with experience selling contract,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of staffing industry sales and business development experience.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and sales targets.
• Experience managing enterprise and mid-market client relationships.
• Strong understanding of staffing operations, recruiting workflows, and workforce solutions.
• Experience leading or mentoring sales teams.
• Existing network of client relationships within target industries.
• Experience with MSP/VMS programs and enterprise staffing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and emerging accounts.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, HR leaders, and executives.
• Generate new staffing opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Drive expansion within existing client accounts and partner with recruiters and delivery teams.
• Mentor regional sales teams on account strategy and client management.
• Collaborate with leadership on market expansion and growth initiatives.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM; report territory performance.
