Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the Power Transmission industry, with at least 2 years of sales management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Strong performance management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in vertical industries related to power transmission
  • Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for opportunity management
  • Participation in trade organizations or industry leadership roles
