Job Description:

The Broadcom Global System Integration team for India-based GSI is a prestigious team serving top Indian GSI for Broadcom software globally. These premier accounts are managed by experienced Global Account Directors in India, partnered with technical Solution executives and Regional Sales Directors in North America and EMEA, supported by regional technical architects. The goal is to establish significant Broadcom relationships in major global corporations by deepening engagement across multiple business lines, GTM, Delivery, Practice, and CIO organizations.

Our selling focuses on our customers’ core business initiatives, connecting our value to their business value. Our Value Selling strategy involves investing in talent, technology, and transformation to reinvent our customers’ businesses. This is achieved through focused account management, marketing, engineering teams, and high-level executive engagement.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

This position reports to Prashant Sharma, Global Sales Leader for India-based GSI's. It is a key part of our coverage for strategic accounts, requiring engagement with CXOs and key stakeholders, deepening relationships, and covering all relevant personas impacted by Broadcom. Success requires a global, collaborative mindset, and close relationships with BU, Engineering, Services, and Marketing teams to present a unified Broadcom view.

  • Manage tactical business while pursuing strategic opportunities, balancing SaaS & Subscription business with ownership of progression and closure.
  • Focus primarily on VCF BU, with secondary focus on other BU offerings and services through strategic partnerships, driving business outcomes.
  • Ensure pipeline actions (CQ, NQ, NQ+1) are progressing, collaborating with BU & Marketing to achieve a pipeline 2.5 times the quarterly quota.
  • Maintain high-touch, trusted advisor status with customers, establishing deep relationships and executing quarterly senior executive coverage plans.

The Work: What will you do?

Your work will encompass supporting global strategies across various GSI accounts.

  • Account Management: Own GTM strategies and executive relationships, aligning teams to support GSI success.
  • Customer Intimacy: Maintain influence with key stakeholders and their clients.
  • Operational Command: Manage demand generation, forecast accuracy, and sales hygiene.
  • Persuading/Influencing: Be a trusted advisor, articulating market trends and Broadcom solutions to develop new business.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Multi-Cultural Mindset: Collaborate effectively across cultures internally and externally.
Experience/Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 12+ years of related experience required.

Additional Details:

Compensation range: $168,000 - $269,000 OTE, including commissions and equity. Broadcom offers comprehensive benefits, including health plans, 401(k), stock purchase plans, and more.
