Legend Senior Living is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead sales and marketing efforts across the region and drive growth in our senior living communities. The role requires proven leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build strong relationships with community partners to expand market presence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales/marketing, a business or marketing degree, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Demonstrated success in marketing/sales including building awareness, maintenance of outreach programs and forming strong relationships with community organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.
• Experience in directing sales activities and managing multi-facility environments.
• Attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, sales presentations, follow-through and ownership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and marketing activities for their region.
• Lead daily planning and implementation of sales and marketing programs.
• Demonstrate proven track record for leading sales directives.
