What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a regional growth and profitability plan targeting education and building service contractor (BSC) customers
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team while providing ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to track regional performance and ensure consistent delivery of targets
- Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to co-develop growth and account penetration strategies
- Manage administrative responsibilities including Salesforce updates, expense reporting, and budget oversight

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of related experience; a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven sales leadership with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams
