A biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Regional Sales Director to manage a team of Strategic Account Managers. This role involves driving sales strategies in the healthcare sector, coaching team members, and building partnerships with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the biopharma industry and strong leadership skills. This position is based in the Central region of the United States.
There are more than 9 million immunocompromised people in the United States. Almost half a million are moderately to severely immunocompromised and at highest risk for severe COVID-19, including stem cell and solid organ transplant patients as well as those with hematologic cancers. Invivyd, Inc. aims to deliver protection from serious viral infectious diseases, beginning with SARS-CoV-2, through a proprietary integrated technology platform to assess, monitor, develop, and adapt to create best in class antibodies. In March 2024, Invivyd received emergency use authorization (EUA) from the U.S. FDA for a monoclonal antibody in its pipeline. Location: Central region (preferred locations: Chicago, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Kansas City)
As a Regional Sales Director, you’ll manage and motivate a high-performing team of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), empowering them to achieve ambitious goals while forging strong partnerships with healthcare providers and institutions. You’ll develop and execute regional business plans, set a vision for success, and create a culture of excellence and accountability.
