We are seeking a Regional Vice President, Benelux to lead a team of individual contributors. The role involves setting team objectives, coaching, providing feedback, and helping team members navigate their responsibilities. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of individual contributors
  • Translate department objectives into specific activities and deliverables for employees
  • Contribute to regional sales strategies by providing insights and recommendations; develop and implement action plans; uphold standards for production, quality, and customer service; resolve issues; conduct audits; identify trends; suggest system improvements; and manage change.
  • Achieve regional sales financial goals through forecasting, budgeting, expenditure scheduling, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Expand and maintain the customer base by advising sales representatives, building rapport with key clients, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Recommend product lines by exploring new opportunities, assessing consumer needs, and monitoring competitors.
  • Implement trade promotions, track spending, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Enhance knowledge through educational opportunities, reading, and networking.
  • Be a high-energy, motivated team player.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of enterprise software sales experience
