We’re looking for a Regional Sales Director, Acquisition who will lead a team of Account Executives. You will drive revenue growth, retain and attract new talent, and grow your customer base within your assigned territory. You will be recognized as a sales leader throughout the company, setting the tone and pace for your region. We are seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your time will be spent developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring your team, and partnering with groups across the organization.
You will guide your team through a consultative sales approach, learning about prospect needs and articulating the value of our products to build strong relationships between prospects and the Grafana sales team. Ideally you come from a technical background with experience in visualization, application performance management, or cloud-based tooling. Experience with open-source software is a plus. This is a critical hire working with the GTM leadership team.
In the USA, the OTE/Base compensation range for this role is 370,000–420,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed during the interview process. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
