Role Overview

We're seeking a visionary Sales Director to lead our expansion in major markets, driving $2M+ in annual revenue and building deep connections in TX or CA school districts. This role involves transforming district relationships into multi-million dollar partnerships using our AI-powered learning platform that delivers unprecedented results in K-12 education.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a territory conquest strategy to build a $10M+ opportunity pipeline.
  2. Lead complex sales campaigns resulting in large district partnerships.
  3. Conduct strategic discovery sessions and craft targeted proposals.
  4. Utilize your educational network to accelerate market penetration.
  5. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.

Basic Requirements

  • Full-cycle sales expertise and self-driven professionalism.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Located within 2 hours of Texas or California with willingness to travel up to 80%.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
