About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our growth efforts for our US, Central territory for our cybersecurity and SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and believes in leading by example. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and execute the regional sales strategy for cybersecurity and SaaS offerings
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives and/or SDRs
  • Drive new business through direct sales, MSP, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders at enterprise and mid-market levels
  • Align sales efforts with customers’ Microsoft environments to maximize compatibility integration, and value
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasting using tools like Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales engineering, customer success, marketing, and partner teams to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, Microsoft ecosystem advancements, and industry best practices
  • Represent the brand at key industry events, conferences, and partner engagements
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
  • Owning the Go To Market strategy and revenue for allocated region
  • Willing and able to travel up to 70% of the time across assigned territory to engage MSP partners, attend events, and support in-person growth initiatives

Skills We Need for This Role:

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams in a fast-growth SaaS environment
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence multi-level stakeholders across the MSP community would be highly advantageous
  • Experience driving business through MSPs, strategic partnerships and events
  • Clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and business audiences
  • Adept at prioritizing high-impact activities and optimizing time, tools, and team resources
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and closing gaps
  • Comfortable working across departments to align sales efforts with product, marketing, and customer success
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Defender, Purview, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and how they align with broader cybersecurity frameworks would be highly advantageous
  • Skilled in Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools for pipeline, forecasting, and team performance management
