PacificSource in Oregon is seeking a Senior Sales Leader to represent our health plans in the marketplace. You will train and support Sales Representatives and Account Managers while driving growth and broker education.
A strong candidate will bring five years in health insurance and two years in sales leadership, a Life and Health license or eligibility, and a bachelor’s degree (preferred). Travel 40–50% is expected to support growth and profitability.

Represent PacificSource in the marketplace and the broader business community. Responsible for training, support and performance of PacificSource Sales Representatives and Account Managers.
Oversight of solicitation, sales, and retention of clients to achieve growth and financial performance goals of PacificSource Health Plans. Build positive broker relationships in the assigned region(s); assure education of distribution channel regarding company products and services. Provide direct sales and service to employers when required.
Work Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of health insurance experience required. Two (2) years of health insurance sales experience preferred. Well-developed relationships within the insurance community and previous management experience preferred.
Current Department of Insurance Life and Health License or eligible to obtain one. Must hold a valid driver’s license. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Work inside in a general office setting with ergonomically configured equipment. Travel is required approximately 40-50% of the time.
Base Range: $108,468.62 - $184,396.64
The wage range provided reflects the full range for this position. The maximum amount listed represents the highest possible salary for the role and should not be interpreted as a typical starting wage. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, and internal equity.
