Legend Senior Living is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead regional sales strategy, build partnerships with community organizations, and supervise multi-facility sales activities. The role emphasizes driving market growth and delivering exceptional customer service within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

The position requires 5+ years in sales/marketing, strong communication, and a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Proven success in marketing/sales including building outreach programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience directing sales activities in multi-facility environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

Requirements

• Required: A minimum of 5 years experience in a sales or marketing role
• Required: Demonstrated success in marketing/sales including building awareness, maintenance of outreach programs and forming strong relationships with community organizations.
• Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management
• Required: Experience in directing sales activities and managing multi-facility environments
• Required: Attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, sales presentations, follow-through and ownership
• Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
