Good Feet Midwest is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to help customers select premium foot-arch solutions. You will build relationships, run one-on-one consultations, and guide buyers through a proven consultative process.

Base pay plus commissions and monthly bonuses drive earnings, with average annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000 and top performers earning $100K+. Located across the Midwest with strong leadership support and ongoing coaching.

Schedule

Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Our whole sales team works weekends and has 2 days off during the week.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
• Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
• Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
