Good Feet Midwest is hiring Regional Sales Consultants to drive sales for our arch support stores across the Midwest and South. You will conduct personalized consultations, identify customer needs, and present consultative solutions that improve daily living by alleviating foot, knee, hip, and back pain.

You will manage a personal book of business, follow up with prospects and customers, and work weekends as part of a high-energy, performance-driven team.

What You'll Earn

Average earnings range from $60,000-$80,000+ annually through hourly pay ($15-17), commissions, and monthly bonuses.

This role will support our Orland Park and Highland, IN locations as well as potentially Naperville, Geneva, Schaumburg, and Algonquin.

Schedule

Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Our whole sales team works weekends and has 2 days off during the week.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
• Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
• Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
