Advantage Surgical and Wound Care is seeking a Full-Time Regional Sales and Account Manager to travel across the New Mexico market. The role focuses on territory growth, account retention, and revenue expansion through upselling services such as podiatry, dental, and G-tube in post-acute settings.

You will partner with facility leaders, PCPs, and Medical Directors, driving customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless provider and account operations.

Formación

• Sales-driven with territory growth experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Healthcare sales or post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to analyze service utilization trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight.

Responsabilidades

• Drive organic growth and upsell services within existing accounts.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to identify expansion opportunities.
• Identify underutilized accounts and implement strategies to increase patient encounters.
• Maintain Salesforce records of sales opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with facility leaders and medical directors.
• Coordinate quarterly provider rounds and visits to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate with regional teams to optimize provider efficiency.
• Assist in new account rollouts and onboarding processes.
• Provide training to facility staff on services offered, especially during staff turnover.
• Assign providers to new accounts and manage provider transitions.
• Coordinate credentialing and EMR access for providers in all assigned facilities.
• Initiate and manage Provider Placement needs in Salesforce.
