  • Provide regional safety oversight and field support to Brookstone operations in Washington and Treasure Valley Landscape in Idaho.
  • Establish a regular cadence of branch visits, field observations, leadership check-ins, inspections, and follow-up based on operational risk, safety performance, and business needs.
  • Partner with Branch Managers and operating leaders to review incidents, inspections, training, fleet and driver safety, corrective actions, leading indicators, and recurring risk trends.
  • Conduct field observations and audits, coach local leadership on identified gaps, and follow up to ensure corrective actions are assigned, completed, and sustained.
