Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a Regional Safety Manager for field-based safety leadership across electrical construction projects, including data centers and high‑voltage work, with regular travel across regions.

You will supervise safety programs, coach site leaders, conduct risk assessments, and lead investigations into incidents and near misses while ensuring OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of construction safety experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience is required.
• Experience supporting electrical/data center/high‑voltage projects is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and oversight for multiple electrical construction projects including data centers and high‑voltage work.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Coach leaders on hazard recognition and safe work practices.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near misses and develop corrective actions.
• Review safety metrics and develop action plans with project teams.
• Support JHAs, Pre‑Task Plans, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, company policies, and customer requirements.
• Deliver safety trainings and toolbox talks and participate in audits.
