Job summary

CEC is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead and support EHS programs across multiple electrical construction projects nationwide. This field-based role partners with Operations, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel to foster a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce workplace risk.

The role covers commercial, industrial, data center, and medium- and high-voltage projects, with travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience supporting electrical construction, data center, and high-voltage projects preferred.
• OSHA 500/510, CHST/ASP/CSP or First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership for multiple electrical construction projects and risk oversight.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Coach leaders on hazard recognition and safe work practices.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Review safety metrics and develop corrective action plans.
• Support JHAs, Pre-Task Plans, Energized Electrical Work Permits, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
