  • Bachelor’s degree in safety/related field preferred.
  • 10–15 years of safety experience in construction/industrial/mechanical systems.
  • 5+ years in regional or multi-site leadership is a plus.
  • CSP/CHST or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional safety, health, and environmental programs across Rocky Mountain Region.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety standards and audits.
  • Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions with operations.
  • Coach field teams to uphold a proactive safety culture.
