Job summary

U.S. Engineering Construction is seeking a Safety Director – Rocky Mountain to lead regional safety, health, and environmental programs and ensure safe working environments across projects.

This role partners with corporate EHS leadership, drives audits, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement, and provides regional direction to project teams. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field, CSP/CHST preferred, and 10–15 years of safety experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety/related field preferred.
• 10–15 years of safety experience in construction/industrial/mechanical systems.
• 5+ years in regional or multi-site leadership is a plus.
• CSP/CHST or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety, health, and environmental programs across Rocky Mountain Region.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety standards and audits.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions with operations.
• Coach field teams to uphold a proactive safety culture.
