Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Rope Access Operations Manager to lead the Corpus Christi, TX operation. The role oversees estimation, staffing, and financial outcomes across rope access projects, coordinating with Project Managers and clients to ensure timely, safe completion.

The position emphasizes developing training plans, maintaining QA/QC programs, and enforcing safety standards while driving growth through strategic planning and effective resource management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or two years of college/trade school) is required or preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in construction or rope access as a Project/Operations Manager.
• IRATA Level 1–3 certification preferred.
• Corpus Christi, TX preferred for location.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with Project Managers and customers to complete projects.
• Grow the business through strategic planning with sales and management.
• Staff field operations to meet project needs and ensure safe, efficient rope access work.
• Manage Rope Access P&L and oversee equipment, materials, and inventory.
• Represent the company and uphold its safety standards and values.
• Lead project execution, scheduling, budgets, and contingency planning.
