Cascade Living Group is seeking a Regional Wellness Specialist-RN to support nursing leadership across multiple assisted living and memory care communities in Oregon. Travel to designated locations is required, with on-call responsibilities and weekend availability.

Ideal candidates have an Oregon RN license, 5+ years in senior care, supervisory experience, strong documentation, and CPR certification. Compensation ranges from $119,600 to $131,040 annually with benefits.

Qualifications

Completion of a certified nursing program.
Active Oregon RN license.
5+ years in care of seniors and cognitive decline.
Supervisory/management experience in long-term care or community settings.
Compassionate and professional representation of the company.
Available/on-call for emergencies day and night.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned communities, meetings, and networking events; may involve air travel and overnight stays.
Maintain high visibility to customers and associates.
Contribute to residents' quality of life and ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Manage significant condition change assessments.
Oversee PRN and medication-related parameters as needed.
Conduct supportive device assessments and RN delegation.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding wellness staff for communities.
Ensure infection control practices and regulatory compliance.
