Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an RN Regional Administrator for skilled home health to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure clinical and financial performance, and maintain compliance with Medicare/Medicaid rules. Travel within the region and collaboration with Area VP are required.

You will lead staffing, participate in plan of corrections, supervise staff, and manage patient care programs while upholding HIPAA and QA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current State License as required by state or federal guidance.
• Licensed registered nurse or physician.
• 3+ years home healthcare experience (including OASIS documentation/quality review).
• 1+ year supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related healthcare program (2+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with national standards of care, state licensure and federal conditions of participation.
• Familiarity with TPS, VBP, Surveys, and STAR Ratings.
• OASIS-certified preferred.
• Ability to travel to offices within region on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs day-to-day operations and liaises with governing body/owner.
• Oversees patient care programs and achievement of clinical and admin outcomes.
• Oversees financial performance of branches and budgeting systems.
• Ensures adequate staffing at branches to meet patient needs.
• Ensures compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and third-party rules.
• Supervises utilization review activities and QA initiatives.
• Participates in strategic development of Key Accounts and reviews.
• Ensures documentation accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Implements plan of corrections with regulators and audits.
