Wellpath is seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse to support patient care across multiple facilities. The RN Travel will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care under supervision, administer medications, assist in diagnostics, document in SOAP format, and support surgical procedures as needed.

This role requires 100% travel to different locations and requires current RN licensure, CPR, and willingness to travel. One year of clinic experience preferred.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

Overview

The nurse ensures compliance with safety protocols, medication handling, and clinical documentation standards. They participate in care planning, emergency response, and interdisciplinary communication. The role requires 100% travel to various locations to fulfill staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and treatment plans under supervision of Charge Nurse
• Administer medications, perform EKGs, and assist with procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation in SOAP format and review medical records
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control protocols
• Travel full-time to different healthcare facilities as staffing needs require

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education – Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Experience – One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred; Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time
• Licenses/Credentials – Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the states of practice and the state in which you work, or a valid compact state nurse license; Current CPR certification
