Autumn Lake Careers is seeking a Regional RN Clinical Consultant to support our facilities in Wisconsin. You will provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to DONs and regional teams, ensuring compliant, quality care across locations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year Regional Clinical Director experience, a WI RN license, and strong management plus regulatory knowledge to drive continuous improvement in resident care and operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Regional Clinical Director experience preferred.
• WI Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• Must have long term experience as a DON or Regional Nurse Consultant.
• Good management skills, people skills and knowledge in rules and regulations.
