MAHEC is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for our Cullowhee and Franklin, NC practice locations. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active nursing license and a BSN.
• Minimum three years RN clinical experience.
• Two years’ nursing supervision experience.
• Ambulatory care and EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care across MAHEC sites under supervision of the Practice Administrator.
• Lead nursing staff and clinical support teams.
• Develop and ensure adherence to clinical procedures across locations.
• Coordinate CQI activities and staff professional development.
• Participate in interviews and hiring in collaboration with RN Clinical Director.
