Aufgaben

• The Assistant Regional Director serves as a key member of RMS's management team for implementing divisional and regional policies and procedures.
• Monitors and analyzes trends in the financial institutions within their assigned supervision portfolio to identify and address risks and recommend appropriate actions.
• Directs the overall planning and timely execution of the Division's supervision activities with the region; reviews examination and investigation reports, applications, and other correspondence, and submits written recommendations to the Regional Director and/or Deputy Regional Director.
• Exercise signature authority over certain reports, applications, correspondence, and administrative documents; determine compliance with laws, regulations, and safe banking practices; recommend follow-up supervisory actions.
• Initiates meetings with regulatory authorities and management officials regarding problem insured depository institutions; maintains relations with state regulators and other agencies; participates in conferences.
• Communicates with insured depository institution executives and the public; resolves questions and inquiries regarding laws and supervision-related matters.
• Plans and coordinates activities dealing with failing insured depository institutions; coordinates with other divisions and authorities; makes recommendations to disposition of failing institutions.
• Leads and manages organizational changes, including leadership in support of corporate initiatives; handles labor relations responsibilities.
