Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a preference in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 10+ years insurance experience with a State Insurance Department, insurance company, examination firm, or with a public accounting firm as an internal or external auditor of insurance companies.
• CFE designation; CPA preferred but not required.
• Flexibility for travel, when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead numerous multi-state risk-focused examinations on behalf of state insurance departments.
• Draft and review proposals, including scoping, workplans, and budgets.
• Serve as Examiner-in-Charge (EIC) on examinations and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and drive cross-sell opportunities across service lines.
• Provide trainings and guidance to staff and regulators; coach and develop team members.
