Job summary

Oakbridge Insurance Agency seeks a +One Regional Consultant to connect associates and clients with the +One suite of services. You will work with Producers, Account Managers, Field Consultants, and Claims Advocacy to deploy analytics, loss prevention, and claims resources.

The role requires leading client meetings, developing service plans, and coordinating delivery from start to finish, including travel up to 30%. Onsite or hybrid work is possible.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 3–5 years of insurance industry experience in risk management, claims, loss control, or client service.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, claims processes, and loss prevention / risk control concepts.
• Polished presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead client-facing meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple service plans, timelines, and deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data and translate results into client-ready insights and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding meetings for new clients to understand needs, exposures and loss drivers.
• Develop, implement and oversee a tailored annual service plan for clients.
• Track and communicate results to clients and the service team on a regular basis.
• Develop an annual stewardship report showing the impact of +One activities for the client.
• Serve as the primary +One contact for clients across regions and offices.
• Support Producers during prospecting and sales conversations, including client-facing case studies.
• Manage deployment of Oakbridge +One resources.
• Communicate the service plan internally, build deliverables and timelines, monitor progress.
• Track service delivery and quantify impact for internal reporting.
• Partner with the Producer and service team to prepare and deliver stewardship reports.
• Create case studies from tracked results to support new opportunities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
