Landing in Atlanta seeks a Revenue Manager to own RevPAR for a region of the portfolio. You’ll control pricing, length-of-stay strategy, and channel mix, making data-driven decisions with AI tools for rapid iteration.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of formal revenue management training in hospitality or airlines and comfort with SQL, Python, and spreadsheets. Relocation to Birmingham is supported for HQ proximity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of formal revenue management training in hospitality/airline.
• Data-driven with ability to defend numbers and dates.
• Comfort with modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own regional RevPAR and pricing for your markets against plan.
• Manage pricing inputs, seasonality, overrides, and model accuracy.
• Optimize length of stay and reservation mix for margin.
• Oversee channel/distribution strategy and promo decisions.
• Identify underperforming units and drive corrective actions.
• Provide weekly forecasting and pace analysis for your region.
• Conduct market intelligence on competitors and new supply.
• Explain pricing to GMs and partners with clear rationale.
