Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience in gaming/hospitality audits.
• Three years of audit experience required.
• Excellent communication, supervisory and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with Excel proficiency.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a regulated environment.
• Integrity in accordance with gaming/hospitality regulations.
• Experience with gaming or hospitality audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document policies and procedures; prepare audit checklists.
• Monitor discrepancy flags in Casino Insight for validity and resolution.
• Perform variance analysis and review financial activities related to revenue.
• Manage revenue auditors and ensure timeliness of audits.
• Improve auditing techniques to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with regulators and Rhode Island Lottery for audits.
• Maintain on-site records storage and ensure compliance with laws.
