The ideal candidate has strong department store and retail management experience, excellent communication, and a proven ability to drive customer experience and sales across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• 4+ years retail management experience.
• Department store experience required.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in retail math and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional merchandising strategies and maintain brand standards.
• Collaborate with store managers to execute plans across NY, NJ, and Philly.
• Conduct store visits to assess merchandising and provide training.
• Lead regional merchandising staff and drive sales performance.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to retail procedures and timelines.
