G-III Apparel Group is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment for our global retail organization. You will partner with Retail leadership, store leadership, and HR partners to build pipelines, manage multiple searches, and ensure a smooth interview process across North America and Canada.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and referrals, while maintaining a strong candidate experience and meeting time-to-fill targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on retail recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across multiple store locations, markets, and levels preferred.
• Fashion, apparel, specialty retail, or department store recruiting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Retail positions across locations and levels.
• Partner with Retail leadership, managers, and HR Partners to set recruiting priorities.
• Build pipelines of active and passive retail talent to support openings and future needs.
• Source candidates via social platforms, networking, events, and referrals.
• Manage multiple requisitions across markets with emphasis on quality and speed.
• Screen candidates for relevant retail experience and leadership potential.
• Present qualified candidates and provide market feedback to hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill markets and positions.
• Improve time-to-fill while maintaining candidate quality.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with timely communication.
