Mattress Warehouse is seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to lead Eastern Pennsylvania operations. You will oversee 25+ stores, develop regional sales and profitability strategies, and partner with Area Managers to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of multi-store retail leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of talent development and change leadership across a growing retail network. Travel required.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive retail field leadership, including multi-store management.
Proven ability to lead Store Managers and cross-functional teams.
Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility and growth focus.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a region of 25+ retail stores.
Develop and execute regional strategies to drive sales, profitability and customer experience.
Analyze performance metrics and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
Travel extensively to coach leadership teams and ensure standards across locations.
Partner with senior leadership to support growth initiatives and new store openings.
