Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations in the Layton, UT area. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and build a bench of future leaders.

The role emphasizes a culture of positivity, mentorship, and high-energy leadership. Candidate should have 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership, be able to work a five-day set schedule, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on staff development and operational

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and mentoring experience.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
