Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurants with a focus on driving sales and controlling costs. You will partner with restaurant leaders to set direction, coach teams, and ensure operational excellence across your district.

You will spend time in stores, provide feedback, and mentor leadership across locations while promoting a positive, growth-oriented culture. This role offers a clear career path and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership teams.
• Support restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Coordinate staffing with Talent Mentors across all assigned locations.
