Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Sr. Remediation Project Manager-Region to lead and grow our remediation projects across district Field Services and Industrial Services teams.

You will support remediation, waste management, and demolition services for a diverse customer base including regulatory, government, and military sectors. You will drive site walks, remedial designs, and collaborate with national and local groups to assemble high-performing execution teams while tracking project profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental science, engineering, geology, or offsetting field experience.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience with direct customer and field interaction.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, project cost management, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to support growth in our remediation program.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer loyalty.
• Participate in site walks, drive remedial designs and work with national/local groups to develop high level teams.
• Track the financial health of all projects and ensure safe and efficient production.
• Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development and services.
• Monitor customer relationships and satisfaction, addressing issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on customer growth and relationship programs.
• Guide proposal and bidding strategies to improve win percentages and execution feasibility.
• Travel to visit customers, project sites, and crews districtwide/nationally as needed.
• Provide guidance to operational teams to support and improve project outcomes.
• Understand project profitability and assist with implementing corrective actions when necessary.
