Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Reliability Manager to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance across multiple Savannah, GA sites. The role emphasizes risk mitigation, audits, and adherence to client requirements and federal/state regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in operations/compliance with certifications like Six Sigma, reliability leadership, and quality management. Occasional travel and relocation support are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, compliance, auditing, or a related multi-site leadership function.
• Certified Reliability Leader and Certified Manager of Quality are preferred.
• Black Belt (Six Sigma) and FMP & SFP certification (IFMA) are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for all roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor regional compliance programs, policies, and procedures across sites.
• Conduct routine and targeted audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify gaps and regulatory alignment.
• Investigate compliance concerns and client regulatory inquiries; ensure timely resolution and documentation.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation, reports, and audit materials across locations.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and update internal policies as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day compliance performance and drive corrective actions or process improvements across locations.
• Deliver compliance training to staff and management; mentor site managers on audit readiness.
