What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver and communicate economic value evidence and messaging to various healthcare stakeholders including C-suite and hospital administration
- Provide reimbursement education and support for Cardiovascular products to external customers and field partners
- Build and maintain relationships with sales partners and develop economic key opinion leaders
- Conduct healthcare economic analysis demonstrating the value of Cardiovascular therapies
- Lead the execution of value-based healthcare product agreements focused on outcome measurement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in healthcare or finance-related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in health economics, healthcare consulting, account management, or finance
- Or minimum 8 years of experience in the same fields with an advanced degree
- Expert level knowledge of reimbursement processes including coding, coverage, and payment
- Strong communication and analytic skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in hospital and physician customer interactions
- Experience in the medical device industry or related healthcare field
- Knowledge of evidence dissemination tools and tactics
- Holding a Master's Degree (MBA or MHA preferred) or advanced clinical degree (PharmD, MD)
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
