Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for partner businesses in the region. You will partner with a Regional Leader and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, craft accurate postings, and build capacity across partner teams.

You’ll manage a full requisition portfolio, maintain UKG as the single source of truth, and provide proactive weekly updates backed by data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate evaluation methods, and recruiting best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (UKG experience a plus) and keeping records accurate in real time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build trust quickly with both hiring managers and candidates.
• The capacity to manage a full portfolio of requisitions and partners simultaneously without losing visibility.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting for assigned partner companies, from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with Regional Leader to align hiring priorities and build capacity.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Department Leads to define role requirements and create job postings.
• Build capacity and maintain a robust, visible candidate funnel in UKG.
• Own the candidate pipeline and ensure accurate record-keeping in UKG every day.
• Deliver weekly business reviews and pipeline updates with data-driven recommendations.
