Qualifications

• Minimum six years in a supervisory/management role with three in records management, dependency discovery, or public disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Forms and Records Supervisors within the Regional Dependency Discovery Unit.
• Provide reliable, professional direction to the units.
• Ensure discovery requests meet Civil Rule, WAC, RCW standards and maintain redaction consistency.
• Set goals and provide annual feedback through evaluations.
• Mentor and train new members of the section.
• Lead records management and dependency discovery for DCYF Region 3.
• Be primary contact for regional staff, IT, and the Office of the Attorney General.
