Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field; or equivalent leadership experience.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, real estate, or a related service industry.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop teams and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance to meet or exceed company goals for market share, production, profitability, and growth.
• Monitor KPIs including recruiting, retention, GCI, company dollar, and services performance.
• Develop and execute branch business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and growth opportunities to strengthen market position.
• Partner with mortgage, insurance, title, relocation, and other services to achieve company goals.
• Oversee onboarding and development programs for new agents.
• Foster an engaging office culture that promotes agent success and retention.
• Deliver training, coaching, and performance reviews to staff.
