Job summary

Mannik Smith Group is seeking an experienced Regional Lead – Rail Engineer in Seattle, WA, to provide technical leadership and manage key client relationships for rail projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in rail engineering, and a PE license. This role involves overseeing project delivery, mentoring staff, and engaging in business development.

Competitive salary ranges from $140,000 to $200,000 annually, alongside excellent benefits including medical, dental, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in rail, transit, and transportation engineering projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Experience leading multidisciplinary rail engineering projects and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of rail projects.
Build and strengthen relationships with clients and industry partners.
