Job summary

FLANDERS Inc. in Longview, TX is seeking a Regional Quoting Specialist to establish FLANDERS as a trusted partner for Motor 1 and Motor 2 products. Based at the Longview facility, you will support customers by offering solutions and coordinating with sales, OEMs, and operations to deliver quotes and services.

The role focuses on quotation of Motor 1 and Motor 2 products, maintaining price matrices, and tracking regional KPIs and supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of technical sales, inside sales, customer service, or similar experience.
• Experience in motor repair or industrial product distribution is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and meet commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely and cost-effective solutions in response to RFQ & RFI related to Motor 1 and Motor 2 products.
• Act as a technical resource to address inquiries and RFIs related to distribution products.
• Coordinate and communicate customer needs with outside sales, OEM partners and operations to support inquiries, quotes, orders, shipping, and vendor management.
• Responsible for quotation of Motor 1 and Motor 2 repairs and replacement distribution products.
• Review technical data and requirements of Motor 1 and Motor 2 quote requests, quotes and incoming purchase orders.
• Maintain oversight and maintenance of FLANDERS price matrix in accordance with approved multipliers.
• Process customer inquiries related to Motor 1 and Motor 2 products.
• Track regional distribution orders, regional on-time-delivery, and regional vendor KPI's.
• Maintain regional relationships with external suppliers.
• Maintain detailed notes within order file and CRM.
• Coordinate regional product training and product support for outside sales, OEMs, and customers.
• Track regional joint-call (2x2) efforts with approved OEMs and regional vendor partners.
• Monitor and manage regional KPI's with regional vendor partners.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor or management.

What We Are Looking For:

The Distribution team is looking for a Regional Quoting Specialist! The Regional Quoting Specialist will establish and maintain FLANDERS as a trusted partner for motors that are classified as Motor 1 and Motor 2 products. This position will also support new and existing customers by listening to needs, offering solutions based on the needs, and being a proactive partner for their reliability and maintenance planning efforts. This position will be based in the Longview, Texas facility.

What You Will Do:

• Provide customers with timely and cost-effective solutions in response to all Requests-For-Quote (RFQ) & Requests-For-Information (RFI) related to motors classified as Motor 1 and Motor 2 products.
• Act as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and RFI's related to distribution products.
• Coordinate and communicate customer needs and expectations with outside sales organization, OEM partners and operations as required to support customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, shipping notifications, and vendor management related to Motor 1 and Motor 2 products.
• Responsible for quotation of Motor 1 and Motor 2 repairs and replacement distribution products.
• Responsible for reviewing technical data & requirements of Motor 1 and Motor 2 quote requests, quotes and incoming purchase orders.
• Responsible for maintaining oversight and maintenance of FLANDERS price matrix in accordance with approved multipliers.
• Responsible for processing customer inquiries related to Motor 1 and Motor 2 products.
