Job summary

Central Stone Co. is seeking an Area Production Manager for the Fenton, MO region overseeing 10 limestone quarries and 1 granite/trap rock quarry. You will coach Superintendents, optimize plant processes, and drive safe, efficient production aligned with company goals.

The role requires a decade of mining experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication to manage daily operations and safety compliance across multiple sites in the Midwest.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the mining industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with customers.
• Safety-minded and goal-oriented.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production at all locations and support Superintendents to sustain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
• Ensure safety processes and procedures are followed at all locations with regular coordination with Safety Department.
• Review production reports and gradation results to achieve maintenance and production goals.
• Mentor Superintendents and align with company goals for education and development.
• Coordinate maintenance plans and identify future major equipment repairs with leadership.
