Central Stone Company, headquartered in Missouri, is hiring an Area Production Manager for the Fenton, MO area. The role oversees day-to-day production across locations, ensures safety compliance, and partners with Quarry Superintendents to meet efficiency goals.

You will mentor Superintendents, coordinate maintenance plans, and drive training initiatives to improve throughput. A strong leader with 10+ years in mining and solid communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the mining industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to interact with customers.
• Safety-minded and goal-oriented.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to provide strong leadership to Superintendents and motivate to achieve production goals.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production at all assigned locations and provide support to Superintendents to sustain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
• Ensure all required safety processes and procedures are being followed at all locations.
• Review aggregate production reports and gradation results daily and follow-up with superintendents to ensure maintenance and production goals are achieved.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and support to Superintendents in alignment with company goals.
• Work with Superintendents and other managers to ensure proper maintenance plans and identify future major equipment repairs.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to provide training on all equipment and refresher training annually.
