Job summary

Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc. in Arlington, IN, seeks a Regional Quality Manager - Behavioral Health to provide senior leadership for quality performance across the behavioral health division. Hybrid role requiring travel between JPCHC clinics; Indiana residency preferred.

The role partners with clinic and executive leaders to interpret performance data, set improvement priorities, and implement clinically sound, data-informed interventions aligned with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, healthcare administration, public health, nursing, social work, quality, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, behavioral health operations, population health, or clinical performance management.
• Leadership experience as a people leader or senior individual contributor.
• Experience using quality data to develop, implement, and evaluate performance improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Present behavioral health quality dashboards and trends to leaders.
• Design and monitor improvement strategies for access, quality, safety, and outcomes.
• Analyze performance data to identify variation and root causes.
• Develop corrective action plans and monitor progress to resolution.
• Translate measure specifications and regulatory changes into workflows and education.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving among departments.
• Support adoption of evidence-based practices and reliable improvement methods.
