Job summary

Pratt Retail Specialties, LLC is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead the quality program across a regional set of sites. The role focuses on sustaining the Quality Management System for flexible films and paper packaging, with travel to domestic locations.

You will partner with manufacturing, sales, design, and suppliers to drive improvements, perform internal audits, corrective actions, and ensure ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 compliance.

Qualifications

• Quality management experience in flexible films manufacturing and converting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to drive improvements with project leadership.
• Results oriented with ability to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality effort across regional sites.
• Advise on flexible film and paper packaging quality.
• Perform internal audits and corrective actions.
• Drive quality metrics and documentation for ISO/BRC and other regulatory requirements.
• Review testing data, scrap data, and customer complaints to identify improvements.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with Design, Operations, Product management, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Develop understanding of how products are made and tested; communicate implications.
• Ensure vendor performance and disposition of customer complaints; support HR with quality issues.
